HARRC, or Hamilton Anti-Racism Resource Centre, is an organization created to help fight racism within Hamilton. Here's a statement from their website:

The shop is open Wednesday to Sunday, and you can purchase individual chocolates for $2.75, a box of four for $11, a box of nine for $22, a box of 16 for $35, or a box of 24 for $48.
